Uni 15-11-2012 – VAT for relending activities

At present, Ministry of Finance (MOF) has conducted research to issue an official letter  of guidance on VAT for lending activities of organizations and individuals being not credit institution under the direction of Prime Minister at the official letter  No. 1551/TTg-KTTH. Therefore, VAT amount for relending activities of organizations and individuals being not credit institutions will be guided by the official letter of MOF
