Uni 12-04-2013 – Hanlding of invoice in case of enterprise name change

According to the guidance in the Official letter 900/TCT-CS, printed invoices of changed enterprise’s name. However, tax code, address remain unchanged. The company handle as followed:

• - To seal new name in addition to their names printed on the registration number of outstanding bills to continue to use.

• - Notice to decrease the release of the Notice of bills reported under the old name remains unused.

• - Announcement of the number of invoices not use the new name.
